Racial Slurs : In a civilized world.

Couple of days back I had read this article from Times Of India and was worried for all the young professionals working in call centers... This incident of 2 RJs verbally abusing a call center executive came as a bolt from the blue... It certainly has hit me bad...

I have lost whatever little respect I had for Americans...

True that at this point of time, it is just 2 of them who have started doing this... but its like they have triggered it for others to follow as well...

I do hope the parent companies will have some sense and learn to protect their indian employees rather than just counting green bucks they make outsourcing jobs to India... If they consider indian counterparts as part of their company and part of their employees... they must take some action to prevent such nasty incidents in future...

Radio Channels wants popularity and they get it by pranks played it at the expense of the Owners itself. Is there no screening happening out there ? Can they do and speak out whatever they want. This Radio Channel has lost its credibility in the global perspective.

You can make fun of Outsourcing to India .... Becoz of job cuts in US ... But at the end of the day Everyone (Absolutly EVERYONE) in the world has to remember that they are providing Outstanding Customer and Technical Support. Which means more and more business to India.

Can't the Americans stand or withstand to the Indian compitetion?

  1. americans are quite jittery about the competition india is giving them. and they cant get over the fact that india can provide qualtiy service. they always try to see it as a low quality service only to reduce costs. i strongly oppose this view, and in my interactions with american businessmen strongly drive home the point - we are providing high quality service for them, and not some cost reduction option.
